OverviewMonadelphous are seeking a highly motivated E&I Coordinator to join our Gladstone Operations team based on Curtis Island QLD. This role will see you working Monday to Friday (9 day fortnight), on a permanent contract, and will provide electrical and instrumentation expertise, and project management support to the project teams.Life at Monadelphous: we celebrate diversity and inclusion, and are committed to equal opportunities for all. We hire locally wherever possible and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including women and First Nations people.ResponsibilitiesProvide electrical and instrumentation expertise and project management support to project teams on site.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.Support incident investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives as part of project delivery.Ensure compliance with site health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.Assist with coordination of daily activities, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones.QualificationsSite based experience in the Oil and Gas industry (highly regarded).A current QLD Electrical License and Cert III instrumentation.Strong, clear written and technical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines.An innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.Proof of right to work in Australia.About UsMonadelphous is an ASX-200 company providing multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and industrial services to many of the largest companies in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors.
