About The Role You will contribute to CSBPs growth and profitability by providing high standards of customer service and performing administrative functions through the efficient and cost effective provision of services to Distributors and end user Customers. You will liaise with internal departments (Despatch, Sales) and key external stakeholders including customers, fertiliser distributors and sales agents, service contractors, suppliers and fertiliser road transport companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact in our growing business. Responsibilities Support CSBPs credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting). Ensure communication and liaise with Accounts departments. Scheduling and arriving and despatching of customer products. Conduct a professional efficient service to Regional/Area Managers and customers, providing information on all administration and Marketing Programmes. Liaise with sales team to manage intake stock and customer intake forecasts. Undertake bulk waste recordings and record contractor hours. Coordinate with sales and operations as to product availability. Prioritising safety for yourself and others in all practices. Qualifications and Skills A background in customer service, with a high level of integrity. Excellent phone manner and overall communication skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised. Ability to work on a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes and occasional Saturday shifts. Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks. Experience using computerised sales systems and proficiency in MS Office applications. High level of problem solving capability and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to handle a high volume of work and challenging situations. Ability to work in a flexible work environment. As part of the recruitment process, a pre-employment medical including a Drug & Alcohol test may be required.
