What Youll Do Manage your own client portfolio, providing exceptional client service and high-quality accounting and commercial advice Build strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive communication Review financial statements, tax returns and other financial reports to ensure compliance Oversee workflow and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and profitably Support, mentor, and develop a team of accountants Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives About You Youre an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely and collaborating with clients. You balance technical expertise with an easy-going, people-focused approach.
