This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). WHATS THE ROLE As our Lead Influencer Relations Manager, youll lead the development and execution of global influencer strategies across all our games. Youll provide leadership to our Influencer Managers, driving creative and data-informed campaigns and managing high-level relationships with creators. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where youll blend strategic thinking with execution, ensuring our influencer efforts are consistent, innovative, and impactful. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Lead the creation and implementation of effective long-term influencer engagement strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and community goals and Frontiers overall community and creator strategic principles. Build and strengthen relationships with top-tier creators, and platforms e.g. YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and emerging channels, championing diversity and inclusivity in influencer partnerships. Oversee campaign budgets, planning, and reporting, ensuring delivery of KPIs and impactful results. Drive ideation for innovative influencer-led campaigns and activations, collaborating with PR, community, brand, and digital teams. Represent Frontier at key industry events, supporting influencer activations and relationship building. WHAT YOULL BRING Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the games industry and fostering organic relationships with creators. Demonstrable team leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing team members. Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape, platforms, trends, and best practices. Strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven approach to decision making. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting strategies to senior stakeholders. Ability to build strong relationships with influencers and internal teams. Passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming communities and culture. Willingness to travel internationally to support events and activations.
