About the Role Through our Yarwun Women in Aluminium program, you will have the opportunity to start or advance your career as a PartTime Warehouse Officer at our Yarwun Refinery in Gladstone. Responsibilities Operate a forklift unloading and loading delivery trucks and vessels. Accurately receip, sort, stack, pick, and pack inventory. Conduct stock takes and investigate discrepancies. Maintain warehouse procedures and standards. Identify and eliminate waste in operations. What Youll Bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team. Clear communication and strong relationship building. Confidence using computers and learning new systems (SAP knowledge is a plus). Current drivers licence. Open to learning well teach you everything you need to know. Ability to work in hot weather environments and manage time effectively. Local resident of the Gladstone region. Where youll be working Central Queensland, approximately 10km northwest of Gladstone, at the Yarwun alumina refinery. The refinery commenced operations in 2004 and produces more than three million tonnes of smelter grade alumina annually.
