OverviewWe have a temporary full-time position (two years) for an Engagement Projects Advisor, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $91,529 to $99,513 p.a. plus superannuation.We''re looking for a passionate and experienced Engagement Advisor to join our team. You''ll play a key role in bringing community and customer voices to the heart of what we do. You''ll also support the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative engagement programs that connect us with our customers and community.As part of a collaborative team, you''ll help generate valuable insights that inform our planning, strengthen relationships, and guide important decisions.What you''ll be doingDesign, deliver and report on engagement activities that inform the development of our Price Submission 2028-33 and 2027 Urban Water Strategy.Support the delivery of our engagement program and assist internal teams to enhance their engagement capabilities.Facilitate community engagement sessions, surveys, community pop-ups, focus groups and stakeholder interviews.Collaborate with the Communications and Engagement Branch on a range of engagement activities.What youll bringWere looking for someone with:Tertiary qualifications in community engagement, community development, education or related field, or substantial relevant experience in the field.Experience in implementing community engagement and stakeholder relations programs.For further details, see the position description available here.We look forward to hearing from you.
