OverviewPosition: Business Development Manager - Mid-Market AU. Reporting to the Sales Manager Phriendly Phishing. Responsible for winning new clients through prospecting, outbound outreach, lead generation activities, internal marketing efforts, and identifying growth opportunities to increase sales of the Phriendly Phishing product. Develops market presence and positions us as Australia and New Zealands premier phishing and awareness tool.ResponsibilitiesFocus on end-to-end net-new mid-market sales across Australia, typically a two-month sales cycleBuild strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand customer needs to tailor solutionsRespond to customer requirements, including requests for quotes, proposals, and tendersIdentify business improvement and strategic new business opportunitiesLeverage company tools to identify potential customers and proactively engage opportunitiesUtilise Salesforce CRM to track and leverage customer information, ensuring standard processes across sales stages and tailoring sales calls to customer needsQualifications, Experience & Skills2+ years of IT, HR Tech or SaaS sales experienceExperience from high-volume outbound or call center environment consideredRecord of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and developing and executing sales plansDemonstrated success winning new customers and growing accountsSolution-selling and/or Challenger Sales experiencePersonal AttributesProfessional and ethical; inspires trust through integrity and respectCustomer-obsessed and self-starter; goes above and beyond to deliver resultsSelf-motivated, data-driven, resilient with excellent communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced environmentDriven and achievement-oriented; focused on individual and team goalsCollaborative with an enterprise mindset; open to input and questionsAbout Phriendly PhishingPhriendly Phishing educates organisations on creating long lasting employee behavioral change around cyber security awareness.
