OverviewWe are very excited to begin our search for an experienced Finance & Costing Manager, to join an industry leading manufacturing business, based in the beautiful region of Wangaratta! Operating for well over 20 years, these guys design, manufacture & deliver a wide range of building products & materials, servicing project builders, local builders & home owner builders, right across Victoria & Southern NSW.Base pay range: A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from JPEX RecruitmentWere excited to present this opportunity for a results-driven Finance & Costing professional.The RoleThe Finance & Costing Manager (FCM) will act as a trusted advisor to the Site GM, providing financial analysis, insights and strategic guidance to drive profitability/efficiency, sound business decisions and sustainable growth.Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Play a partnering role in developing financial strategies that enables sustainable growth, support in scenario-building and gap closing initiatives to fulfill in-year budgetary obligationsMaintain accurate product costing models and monitor material, labour, and overhead variancesPartner with GM and leadership team to provide commercial insights on pricing, margins, and growth, whilst driving improvement in costing accuracy, reporting, and financial transparencyDeliver budgets, forecasts, scenario modelling, update and own key initiatives financials, Risks, Opportunities and recommendationsEnsure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, risk mitigation processes, deliver variance analysis, commentary and quality insights on financial performancePrepare month-end reporting packs with commentary, KPIs, and actionable insightsSelection CriteriaMUST be CA or CPA qualified with sharp commercial instincts and operational literacyFinancial experience within large manufacturing environments is highly advantageousExcellent communication skills with an ability to grasp, comprehend, communicate, and present financial, strategic and operational informationCommercial depth, financial literacy and strategic thinkingQualifications & ExperienceIf youre a results-driven Finance & Costing professional, with a passion for strategic growth, process improvement & operational excellence, wed love to hear from you.Apply & ContactApply today & one of our recruiters will be in touch.
