Reporting to the Product Development Manager, you will interact with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute research and development activities related to new products and existing product improvements in accordance with customer or stakeholder requirements.The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to;Bench development of new and existing products as per internal or external project briefsPreparation of interim and final specification for approval by Regulatory and as per customer requirementsSupport with internal maintenance and improvement projects such as CCI and raw material supply.Attend cross functional meetings and work to deliver projects on timeSupport product commercialisation process and execution of trialsInteract with suppliers to keep up with new technologies and trendsIdeal CandidateYoure a passionate and detail-oriented R&D professional with a strong foundation in food product development, ready to take the next step in your career.
