Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is passionate about supporting businesses across Australia and strengthening the financial wellbeing of our regional customers. With over 70 centres nationwide, we deliver tailored solutions to a diverse range of business clients throughout Regional Australia.Your day-to-day will include:Financial modelling and analysis for Commercial and Business Banking clientsPreparing credit submissions and coordinating deal executionMonitoring performance and conducting annual reviews for existing clientsReporting financial and operational performance to Risk ManagementResponsibilitiesYoull shine if you bring:Experience writing and analysing credit transactions, annual reviews, and reporting (ideally in Commercial Banking)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholdersExposure to Agriculture or Business Banking customersCommercial acumen and advanced financial analysis and modelling skillsThe ability to quickly understand complex transactions and ideally, experience with ''new to bank'' credit riskA tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce (highly regarded)What Were Looking ForWere a high-performing, customer-focused team looking for a motivated Analyst whose collaborative, adaptable, and ready to grow.
