(Neg)Relocation supported to move you to Tassie (Must have Australian work rights)Role snapshotWe are looking for a Head Of Production to lead delivery across three teams. Youll sit on the leadership team, report to the CEO, and turn company priorities into clear operational plans with measurable outcomes. Your focus is people leadership, production excellence, smart reuse across channels, and steady coaching of team leads.About the companyA product-led creative tech company based in a brand-new, purpose-built building in Hobarts CBD. The space is built for creativity, with generous collaboration areas, content-capture zones and room for event prepWhat you will do day to dayRun a weekly production standup across the teams you manage.Hold regular 1:1s with the team leads. Mentor confidently and build people leadership capability.Own the production calendar and resourcing view. Coordinate budgets through team leads, review estimates, and keep capacity visible.Set decision gates and quality checks for shoots, edits, publishing and events.Oversee event delivery at a program level: run of show, booth concepts, vendors, freight and timelines. Ensure delivery is on brand, on time and on budget.Guide content and video production cadence and standards. Drive practical process improvements that lift quality and ROI.Align help/education content with product releases so guides are accurate, clear and easy to use.Track outcomes and budget variance. Share up to date updates with the CEO and product leadership.Be open to occasional interstate travel for key shoots, events or vendor meetings when your presence adds clear value.The type of person that will love this roleYoure a calm operator who brings order to busy creative work without killing the spark.
