What The Day Will Look Like Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success! Responsibilities Provide essential administration support to Account Brokers, helping manage client insurance and risk needs. Engage directly with clients via phone, email, and facetoface meetings, delivering responsive and professional service. Take ownership of insurance policy lifecycle activitiesprerenewal, renewal, postrenewal, drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and renewal reports. Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and efficiently. Build strong relationships with Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Managers. Enhance the client experience through proactive problem solving and exceptional attention to detail. Ideal Candidate Passionate about building a career in insurance and delivering exceptional client service. Strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience supporting senior brokers, or working in client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking is highly regarded. Clear communicator, analytical thinker, and eager problem solver.
