We currently have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Recovery Nurse, along with two part-time roles for nurses skilled in endoscopy or scrub/scout. Whether you''re assisting in procedures or supporting patients through recovery, your role is key to ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive experience for everyone in our care.Our Centre features four modern operating theatres and a twelve-bed PACU, supporting a range of day-only procedures for both inpatients and emergency department patients. Youll be working alongside a friendly and professional team in a calm, well-organised environmentwith no weekend work, allowing for a healthy worklife balance. All new team members receive a comprehensive two-day orientation, and ongoing guidance from our on-the-floor Clinical Nurse Specialist and Senior Nurses to ensure youll feel supported every step of the way.Who Were Looking ForYou hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and take pride in your professional standards.You bring a min of 12 months experience in recovery nursing or endoscopy/scrub/scout roles, ideally within a day procedure or surgical setting.You stay calm and compassionate, even in a busy environment, always putting patients comfort and safety first.You enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive team where collaboration and kindness are valued.Youre flexible to work full-time or part-time shifts during the week, with no weekend work, helping you maintain a great work - life balance.Clear, caring communication comes naturally to you, whether youre talking with patients or supporting your colleagues.Youre eager to learn and grow, welcoming ongoing training and development opportunities to keep your skills sharp.About UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
