OverviewCrypto ATM Operations Manager at CoinFlip.CoinFlip is a global digital currency platform focused on providing consumers simple and secure access to buy and sell cryptocurrency. The company operates the world''s largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks by transaction volume with more than 5,500 kiosks across multiple regions. CoinFlip also offers CoinFlip Preferred, a white glove over-the-counter service, and CoinFlip Ventures, an investment group supporting crypto and web3 projects.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end performance of our national ATM fleet. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and commercial success of our crypto ATM network. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strategic thinking to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day functionality of the ATM fleet, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades with technical support teams and vendors.Monitor system health, transaction flows, and hardware/software integrations to preemptively address issues.Commercial OversightAnalyze transaction data and usage trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.Collaborate with finance and marketing to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.Evaluate site performance and recommend relocations or expansions based on commercial viability.Team LeadershipManage and mentor two direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Delegate tasks effectively while providing guidance on technical and operational challenges.Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with external partners, site hosts, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on fleet performance and strategic initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, ATM networks, or hardware-based services.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Technical proficiency in hardware/software systems and troubleshooting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Leadership experience with direct reports or cross-functional teams.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: 120,000-140,000 AUD.
