OverviewMonadelphous is currently on the lookout for a planner for one of our major oil & gas projects in Karratha on a 2:1 basis.BenefitsFIFO 2:1Site allowances and attractive penalty ratesOpportunity to join our growing construction division and be part of an exciting new project.Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our cultureKey ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with various teams to develop seamless interfaces between the functions to enable the safe, consistent and reliable planning of all shutdown activitiesEstimate and breakdown the scope to match it to the schedule for reporting purposesUpdate activities and statuses based on information from all sources in P6Managing and making necessary adjustments to planning priorities as requiredScoping the full extent of shutdown work needed to conduct the relevant activities in the project during shutdown periodsMaintain and continuously improve job plans and task listsEnsure key performance indicators are captured and reportedManage reporting of daily shutdown progressWhat youll bring3-5 years+ experience in a similar onsite role within a oil and gas environmentExperience forecasting labour demandProven high level of computer literacy, specifically in MS Excel and Primavera P6Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsA methodical approach, paying attention to detail and taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work and meeting deadlinesWell-developed analytical capabilitiesYou are positive, reliable and motivated with a desire to make a differenceAbility to undertake a site rosterLife at MonadelphousTheres lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
