Were looking for a Full-time - Production and Delivery Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on role, youll play a vital part in ensuring smooth production and delivery of services across the Shoalhaven region: ranging from Sussex Inlet to Gerrigong. At the Flagstaff Laundry division, we operate commercial laundry servicing the hospitality, accommodation, aged care and medical industry. Come be part of a team that supports meaningful employment, skills development, training and education for over 80 people with a disability who help operate the laundry. The role would require you to: Be flexible with start and finish times ranging between 6:00am to 8:00amMaintain required documentation.Efficiently operate industrial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linensAdhere to strict infection control procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanlinessCollecting dirty linen and distributing clean laundry to various client locations in a timely mannerEngage with customers offsite The Ideal Candidate would posses: A current Drivers License, and the ability to produce a driving record that demonstrates a safe driving historyA proven experience working in a field that reflects production, processing, delivery and pick upA proven ability to undertake the physical requirements and expectations of the roleThe ability to operate independently, efficiently and professionally with limited supervisionCapacity to work weekends (Saturday) and Public Holidays as required.Compassion and commitment to providing respectful and effective mentorship to our supported employees.Demonstrated experience in ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.Or willing to obtain National Police Clearance Check, NDIS check , WWCC & First-Aid certification.
