Overview We are looking for experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our Aged Care Team. The role is a permanent parttime position offering 65 hours per fortnight with a Monday to Friday roster between 07:30 and 14:30. A casual evening position is also available from 12:00 to 18:00. Responsibilities Provide care to clients in their own homes. Work independently, travelling from home to home, following digital schedules and care plans via a mobile app. Qualifications Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable. Required experience: minimum 3 months relevant care worker experience with a relevant Certificate; minimum 6+ months relevant care worker experience without a Certificate. Experience working in a home care or community setting is highly desirable. Valid drivers licence with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle; vehicle must be appropriately insured and in good condition. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills. Employee Benefits $36.85 per hour + super. Travel allowance of $1.03 per kilometre.
