What youll do Be on the ground, providing handson coaching and guidance at the workplace.Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work. What youll bring A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
