Were known for good coffee, great food, and a laidback, modern atmosphere. The Role: Were seeking a reliable, experienced Cook to join our team across both locations. Youll prepare and cook highquality cafstyle meals, maintain kitchen standards, and help keep service smooth during busy holiday periods. Key Duties: Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and light dinner menu items. Assist with menu planning, portion control, and stock management. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements. Supervise or train junior kitchen staff as needed. Work flexibly between our Forster and Darawank cafs as rostered. Requirements: Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery preferred. Minimum 2 years experience as a cook or chef in a caf or bistro environment. Understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and HACCP standards. Ability to work weekends and public holidays during peak seasons. Team-focused, adaptable and able to work in both caf locations.
