The Customer Service Coordinator is a vital connection between sales, operations and the customer. This role reports to Seanne Wall, Customer Service Supervisor. Friendly, highly responsive, and solutions-focused, your role incorporates all aspects of inbound and outbound customer service, sales enquiries and orders, documentation, CRM maintenance and liaising across the operation. This role calls for a personable professional with a polished phone manner, eye for detail, commercial nous, customer focus and drive to deliver results.
