Your role Personalised Employment Pathways: We deliver outcomefocused support through comprehensive assessments, strategic pathway development, proactive employer engagement, and ongoing guidance to ensure longterm employment success. Work Readiness Assessments: Our intake process identifies each participants strengths, aspirations, and readiness for work, laying the foundation for a customised employment journey. Collaborative Goal Setting: We work sidebyside with participants to set meaningful goals and implement practical strategies that build confidence and capability. StrengthsBased Job Matching: Using a clientcentred approach, we connect young people with employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and potential. Proactive Employer Engagement: Through job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing, we actively promote our participants to employers, opening doors to new possibilities.
