The Trustee for VINCENT C FAMILY TRUST t/a VVIN Hair Nails & Beauty We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nail Technician to join our talented team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic enhancements, nail art, and repairs. Trim, shape, clean, and buff nails to professional standards and apply polish or artificial nails per client preferences. Consult with clients to assess nail and skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and provide nail care advice, such as maintenance tips, and recommended products to promote nail health and longevity. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with salon hygiene and safety regulations. Stay updated with current nail trends, products, and techniques to deliver creative and high-quality services. Manage client appointments efficiently and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and enjoyable salon experience. Manage and organize nail products and tools, ensuring the workstation and inventory are wellstocked and ready for use. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE At least an AQF Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification in a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Bio Sculpture, BIAB, or other highquality nail systems is highly advantageous. Strong creative and artistic abilities, particularly in nail art, nail design, and beauty treatments. Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality and professional results. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
