OverviewWe are looking for a dress specialist to join our Quality Team. Your role will be to ensure the quality, fit, and integrity of Forever New apparel is maintained through all stages of development and production through to delivery in stores.ResponsibilitiesOversee sample development to ensure garments are right the first time and commercially alignedPartner with buying, design, and suppliers to ensure quality is maintained to Forever New standards and on time to our critical pathLead fit sessions, approve styles for bulk production, and ensure consistency of fit and finishDevelop, maintain, and communicate Forever New technical standardsTroubleshoot quality issues and advise on testing, care labelling, and aftercare requirementsManage QA workflow to align with department priorities and critical pathMonitor faulty stock, returns, and warehouse QA performance, acting decisively to protect brand integrityQualificationsQualification in fashion QA/garment technology and/or extensive experience in a related industry5+ years experience in a QA Technician role within womens fashion retail or manufacturingAdvanced technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and critical path managementStrong understanding of industry quality standards, testing, and labelling requirementsHighly skilled in Microsoft Office and QA-related softwareDemonstrable experience of supplier management and stakeholder communicationBehaviours & AttributesResults-driven with strong problem-solving skillsCalm, professional, and resilient under pressurePassionate about fashion and enthusiastic about the Forever New brandA strong work ethic with accountability and integrityA collaborative, big picture mindset with a can-do attitudeCreative and resourceful, with a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomesOur ValuesThink CustomerRespect for AllKeep it SimpleTake ResponsibilityAct with PaceJoin Forever New and make your mark on a global brand where your technical expertise, leadership, and passion for quality will shape the fashion experiences of our customers worldwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
