Youll spend your days visiting people in their homes in Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the surrounding communityno two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.Delivering care thats tailored to each persons needs and Care PlanPersonal care, mobility support, and medication remindersPreparing meals and supporting good nutritionProviding respitewhether its at home or out and aboutLending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shoppingOffering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters mostUsing your own reliable car to visit customer homes and help with transport in the community; a company vehicle may be assigned to support your workThis is a permanent parttime role (48 hours per fortnight) with a set roster between Monday and Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm.
