About the role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers, with your role centred on delivering a memorable customer experience either in-store or over the phone. Key responsibilities Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, accurate receival and dispatch of goods Assist customers with pricing and product queries Process counter sales and maintain safety processes Support merchandise campaign activities Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and wellpresented store environment Unpack orders and deliveries, pack products away on shelves and in relevant storage areas Deliver customer orders Open to schoolaged students In addition to experienced candidates, we are also open to recruiting schoolaged students who are looking to work after school, Saturday mornings or during school holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student interested in agriculture to gain handson experience, learn from industry experts, and build a pathway towards a future career in ag. If you are a school student, no prior industry experience is required we value enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Qualifications and experience A valid Drivers Licence and Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain one) Experience in a sales environment Strong communication skills to build longterm customer relationships Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Why work for us?
