Job Description Job Description: Working alongside our Youth Development Officer, youll help coordinate youth programs, projects and events that deliver on the Shires Youth Strategy and Strategic Community Plan. From supporting youth collectives and community events to helping run vibrant youth spaces, youll play a key role in creating inclusive and engaging opportunities for local young people. Youll assist with planning, logistics, communications, volunteer coordination and on-the-ground delivery helping ensure every initiative runs smoothly and reflects the voices of our youth. One day you might be helping plan an event, the next hanging out with teenagers at a youth space or supporting community partners to make great things happen! Youll fit right in with our Community Development team a quirky, creative and proactive bunch who embrace the chaos, work collaboratively and bring big ideas to life.
