Our Kalgoorlie branch is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within the parts and servicing industry and achieve a better work/life balance, or perhaps looking at getting off the tools. You will be responsible for providing front line support to the Service Department and building relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business growth and customer satisfaction. The Service Advisor will contact workshop customers on a daily basis and advise of the progress of repairs and estimated finishing times, whilst also keeping track of workloads within the various service sections in order to report back to customers on the progress of the work being undertaken for them. Providing quotations to customers in an accurate and timely manner and follow up with the customer once quotations have been sent. About You: Can do attitude and a team player essential. Exposure to the industry preferred but not essential. Ability to read and interpret technical catalogues, bulletins and support literature desired. Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel). Ability to work un-supervised with a proactive work approach. Trade qualifications for heavy vehicles or equivalent qualifications is desirable Why choose Team Penske?
