Together we can do more.ResponsibilitiesThe JMO Coordinator is responsible for providing a high quality, customer focussed workforce service for the Shoalhaven Hospital Group with a particular emphasis on Junior Medical Officer (JMO) recruitment and selection, onboarding, contract management, personnel administration (including records management), rostering, leave management and the provision of advice on HR related policy, Awards, agreements, practice and legislation.Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital, located on Yuin Country, is the main acute care hospital for the Shoalhaven region, providing emergency care, medical, surgical and orthopaedic services.
