About the role The Visitor Services Officer supports the delivery of welcoming, engaging experiences at the Museum of the Goldfields. The role includes providing customer service and tours, retail operations, assisting with education programs and events, maintaining site presentation, ensuring safety and security, and responding to incidents and emergencies. About you We are seeking dynamic, selfmotivated individuals who enjoy working in a positive team environment and delivering high quality customer service. The successful applicant will be expected to: Providing exceptional customer service and engaging interpretive tours. Supporting education programs and public events. Ensuring the safety of visitors and staff, and the security of the Museums collection. Maintaining the presentation of the Museum. Retail operations including EFPTOS and cash handing.
