About the Role As a Spa Therapist, youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional, courteous and personalized spa services. Your focus will be on exceeding expectations, maintaining a clean and safe environment and contributing to a highperforming team culture. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests from arrival to departure Deliver spa treatments efficiently and pleasantly, following established protocols Maintain punctuality and be ready to start shifts 10 minutes early Upsell and rebook guests by being knowledgeable about all spa services and retail products Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas are clean and wellprepared Handle reception duties including reservations, cashiering and guest inquiries Support guests with local knowledge and servicerelated concerns, escalating when needed Follow safety procedures and report incidents or maintenance issues promptly Maintain high standards of grooming and professional appearance Attend daily briefings and collaborate with other departments when required Keep all spa areas tidy, including treatment rooms, wet zones and backofhouse space Skills & Experience Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Certificate IV in Massage Previous experience in a resort or hotel spa environment Strong time management and ability to tailor treatments to individual guest needs Impeccable grooming and attention to detail Flexibility to assist across resort departments when needed Solid understanding of spa culture and wellness industry Calm under pressure with strong problemsolving abilities Confident in delivering both facial and body treatments Proven customer service skills and retail sales performance Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Team member discounts 50% off stays at EVT hotels (Rydges, QT, Atura, Lylo and more) Discounts on resort entertainment and dining (movie tickets, Moonlight, Gold Class, Candy Bar, Thredbo) Professional development and rapid career growth through EVT network Community involvement, volunteering and charitable giving opportunities Join spaQ and become an EVT experience creator, making a positive impact on our people, communities and environment every day.
