What youll do As a Grounds & Maintenance all-rounder, you will assist with the following: Keep our resort grounds immaculate, mowing, weeding, pruning, and landscaping like a pro. Lend a hand with minor repairs across cabins, campsites, amenities, and facilities. Dive into pool care, cleaning, dosing, water balancing, and basic repairs. Maintain and clean public areas, ensuring everythings guest-ready. Pitch in on gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs, and a splash of painting. Deliver friendly, incidental customer service, because a helping hand goes a long way! What youll bring Experience in grounds,basic maintenance work and pool care (trade qualification not necessarily required). Skills with ride-on and push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control. Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic hygiene requirements. Ability to work unsupervised and a hands-on, can-do attitude. Hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a good level of fitness (its a physically demanding role!). Whats in it for you?
