Responsible for the clinical assessment of each Home Care Package client, ongoing clinical support and hands-on clinical care as required. Support with COVID escalations and care worker education. Lead, support and mentor the team. Travel to Orange and Bathurst area as required. Qualifications Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA clinical qualificationAt least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
