Overview Job Title: Customer Service Representative This role involves answering inbound calls in relation to general enquiries for credit/debit card. The primary responsibilities include providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues that may arise with clients'' accounts or services, which could range from account discrepancies to technical difficulties with online banking platforms. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls with professionalism, providing solutions for credit/debit card queries. Listen actively, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Offer accurate information about banking procedures and products. Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex situations as necessary. Maintain detailed records of interactions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Why Concentrix?
