Providing expert planning advice to internal teams, stakeholders, and the public. Preparing planning reports, correspondence, and policy documents. Assisting with subdivision, development, and planning scheme amendments. Supporting enforcement and compliance activities as required. About You We''re looking for someone who has: A tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills. Sound knowledge of Western Australian planning legislation and local government processes. The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. A current National Police Clearance and WA C Class drivers licence.
