A job share would be considered for this role, allowing the opportunity to work on a permanent part-time basis.Commencing annual salary from $95,538 to $105,331 pro rata (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience).Annual performance-based salary progression opportunity - up to $116,127.A leaseback vehicle or vehicle equalisation allowance.Other lifestyle benefits as detailed below.What you''ll need to be successful in the roleTertiary qualifications in Town Planning, or related discipline and/or extensive job-related experience.Experience in strategic land use planning, including the preparation and assessment of scoping proposals, planning proposals, Development Control Plans and other planning documents.A working knowledge of the NSW Planning framework.A high level of written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Experience in organising and leading meetings, workshops, and community engagement.Demonstrated project management skills along with the ability to work in a team environment.A proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve defined objectives.Flexibility in adapting to evolving work environments and a commitment to continual improvement.A minimum Class C driver''s license.Pre-Employment ChecksThis is a child-related position.
