Executive Administration Assistant to Chief of Operations (Out-of-Home Care)About usAt Family Centered Support Services, we provide a range of services to children, young people, and families, including respite care, in-home support, and residential out-of-home care. We believe children belong with their families whenever it is safe and possible, and we work closely with the Department of Child Safety and the families to address the root causes of challenging behaviours and support positive change.The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Administration Assistant to support our Chief of Operations (COO). This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination of strategic priorities, executive communications, and governance processes across our Out-of-Home Care services.Our operational footprint spans South East Queensland, with regional offices located in North Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, and Stanthorpe.
