As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and handson Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team and work across our busy outlets & event spaces. About the Role Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, this handson Team Leader will guide, support, and motivate your team to deliver professional, efficient, and memorable guest service. You will lead by example to ensure smooth daytoday F&B operations, focusing on service standards, cleanliness, food safety, and WH&S compliance. In this role youll act on the floor, assisting with key service duties including food and coffee service, as well as opening and closing outlets. You will collaborate with the leadership team on rosters, stock control, ordering, and initiatives that drive revenue and enhance the overall guest experience. This position is designed with career progression in mind. We provide support, training and mentorship to help you transition into a supervisory role. You bring fun, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate a team to deliver outstanding, efficient, safe, and memorable service. Key Skills & Qualifications Previous Food & Beverage experience with solid knowledge of cash handling, food service, food safety, general WHS practices, and guest complaint resolution. Experience in team training and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, highquality customer service. Experience in conference and event service, including weddings, highly regarded. Strong problemsolving skills, flexible, teamoriented approach. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions; ability to work near native wildlife. Current Queensland RSA, valid drivers licence and competent barista skills. Availability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
