Community Interlink is a partnership between regional hospitals and health services from across central and northern Victoria and southern New South Wales. Community Interlink is a trusted local disability and Home Care supports provider. Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to the Divisional Director of Primary Care and Director of Community Interlink, including preparation of documentation and capturing minutes for governance meetings. Support project delivery for program managers and coordinate the smooth operation of Community Health clinics to ensure highquality service delivery. Oversee daytoday operations of Community Health and Wyndham St facilities, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations and a wellfunctioning environment for staff and consumers. Qualifications Relevant qualifications in Administration or extensive experience providing executive support and assistance at a senior level. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail, including experience in organising meetings, preparing and distributing papers and taking minutes. Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively within a team environment when required.
