We are actively seeking a seasoned retail professional to assume the role of Store Manager at one of our esteemed corporately owned locations in the Strathpine Northbound area, QLD. Responsibilities Delight customers with service and store standards. Recruit, coach and develop the store team. Contribute to a safe and positive store environment. Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance. What We Offer $73,537 base salary + 12% Superannuation + bonus eligibility. Fastpaced leadership experience with a leadbyexample approach (willing to get your hands dirty!). Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an everchanging environment. Strong communication and influencing skills.
