Were looking for a motivated Yard Hand / Sales & Customer Service to join our Reynella team. If youve got a trade or landscaping background (or are keen to learn), enjoy working outdoors and helping customers get the right products and advice, wed love to hear from you. Casual with the opportunity of full time for the right candidate. Available to work at Reynella and occasionally at our other yards when required. Immediate start. What youll do: Serve customers in-store and over the phone with great product advice and service. Process quotes, orders and payments in MYOB. Load customer trailers and trucks with the frontend loader. Keep the yard/shop tidy and well presented. Handload/unload bagged products as needed. Work proactively and autonomously while supporting the wider team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Unload pallets and shift pallets via forklift. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and knowledge: Frontend loader experience (preferred). Forklift experience (nice to have or willing to learn). A willingness to learn on the job about the landscape supply industry. Confident communicator with a strong customer focus. Organised, reliable and safetyminded. Willingness to learn and upskill.
