The Role: Administration Coordinator Were looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role thats central to how we operate and support our members. Weekend and remote/offsite work is required for events throughout the year. Your Responsibilities Will Include Providing day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and team. Managing correspondence, scheduling, and office operations. Assisting with member communications and database management. Supporting the planning and delivery of events and meetings. Preparing reports, documents, and board papers. About You Were seeking someone who is: Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail. A clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with people. Proficient with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems. Passionate about helping others and contributing to a purpose-driven team. Comfortable managing a variety of tasks and projects.
