About The Role As our Medical Secretary for the consulting suites, you are responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to patients and their families upon their arrival to the clinic. Your Skills And Experience Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and enjoys being part of a busy environment. Strong communication, multitasking and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, administrators, and nonclinical staff. Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a medical administration setting or a reception role is ideal. Experience with Patient Management Systems (e.g., Bluechip, Zedmed), highly desired but not essential. Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $35.62 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. Whats in it for you?
