Availability Weekends Public holidays Friday & Saturday evenings About You Minimum 1 year experience as a kitchen hand or cook Experience with seafood and/or IndianPakistani cuisine (highly regarded) Strong foodprep and hygiene knowledge Calm, professional, and collaborative under pressure Wellpresented with good communication skills (open kitchen) Understanding of WHS and food safety standards Immediate start preferred.
