Add expected salary to your profile for insights Our clinic in Hornsby is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate. The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 7am - 9pm. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients both in person and with shifts in our on-site booking hub. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries and bookings professionally. Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers. Travel to the Chatswood clinic to cover shifts as needed. What we''re looking for: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. Confidence and experience working across multiple screens and systems. Eagerness to learn.
