About the Role As a Scheduler & Spare Parts Assistant, youll be the organisational heartbeat of our teamkeeping our Electrical, Solar, HVAC, and Plumbing technicians on track and our customers happy. Youll play a key role in coordinating daily schedules, supporting technicians, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure operations run seamlessly. Youll need an exceptional phone manner for both inbound and outbound calls, solid knowledge of Adelaide suburbs, and a knack for problem-solving. The Role: Taking high volume inbound and making outbound calls, gathering client information and informing customers of options and taking the appropriate actions. Manage and respond to online platforms, emails repeat customer enquiries. Experience with 3CX phone system or similar, headsets and A.I controls. Perform quotes, orders, insurance claims and government paperwork to support high-quality service delivery. Customer reengagement contacting people previously engaged with our business (warm calling). Handle customer data confidentially and responsibly.
