Benefits Salary: 78,000.00 - 83,000.00 + superannuation Task & Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise, train, and develop bar staff to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. Schedule bar staff shifts and manage day-to-day personnel issues. Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively. Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards. Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety and health regulations, including liquor licensing, Approved Managers (Red Card) and responsible service of alcohol (RSA). Inventory and Stock Control Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner. Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock takes at the end of each month. Ensure that the bar is always well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients. Customer Service and Relations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that the bar environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Financial Management Assist with budgeting and cost control to optimize profitability. Monitor cash flow and ensure that all transactions are processed correctly. Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by management. Health & Safety Compliance Ensure the bar area complies with all local health and safety regulations. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with industry regulations. Ensure the safe and responsible service of alcohol to all patrons. Promotions and Marketing Develop and implement seasonal drink specials and promotional offers to attract and retain customers. Support marketing and promotional efforts by creating new drink menus and event ideas. Qualification & Experience About you: Education and Certification Minimum of 1 years of experience in bar management or hospitality leadership, ideally within a small or boutique setting. Valid Western Australia RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Red Card certification. Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a bar or hospitality setting. Skills and Attributes Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relations effectively. Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage mixing, and bar operations. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
