About the Role We are currently seeking expressions of interest from candidates who are looking to join our underground mining operations. These entrylevel positions will ensure you come to site and receive the appropriate training within our Production (Load & Haul) environment, or roles within our Development & Services departments, receiving comprehensive training to become an experienced and wellrounded miner, which ensures you gain experience, training and knowledge in all aspects of underground operations, safety procedures and the underground road network. In this role you will: Operate Manual 4X4 Vehicles underground (Toyota Landcruiser) Learn to operate large underground mining equipment, trucks, excavators (rock breaking) and Integrated Tool Carrier (ITs) Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the workplace These roles will be available from February2026 ongoing. These roles are available FIFO (fly in, fly out) from Adelaide, DIDO (Drive in, Drive Out), BIBO (Bus in, Bus Out) or Residential to Roxby Downs where a shuttle bus service is provided. About you A valid Driver''s License and ability to confidently drive a manual vehicle or 4x4 in low range Proven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others put themselves in harms way Be focused on working collaboratively within your team to achieve results Able to follow relevant processes and procedures within your department Be a team player who is selfmotivated Willing to learn and contribute to promoting a supportive and positive team culture Can identify and contribute to a strong safety culture providing examples of your experience following safety protocols We encourage all applicants to thoroughly research the roles of Underground Truck Operator, Nipper, General Service Miner to help you understand what each role involves.
