Your Role as a Senior Crew Member As a Senior Crew Member, youll be the backbone of daily operations, supporting the management team and leading by example on the floor. From coaching junior crew to ensuring service runs smoothly, your leadership will help create the culture and standards that make BurgerUrge legendary. Responsibilities Lead and motivate junior team members during busy shifts. Ensure every customer receives toptier service and quality food. Manage daily operations including order accuracy, food preparation, and cleanliness. Uphold BurgerUrges standards for safety, hygiene, and presentation. Assist with training and onboarding new crew members. Handle transactions and help maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Contribute to a fun, positive, and highperforming team culture. What Were Looking For Previous hospitality or fastfood experience (leadership experience preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills you thrive under pressure. A handson, cando attitude with a genuine passion for great food and service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid Food Safety Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
