About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nail & Beauty Trainer/ Tutor to deliver highquality training at our Brisbane Campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in nail/beauty technology, as well as salon practice, with a genuine passion for mentoring students in building successful beauty careers. The role will focus on delivering Nail and short beauty skill sets. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and practical sessions reflecting current salon trends.Support and mentor students to achieve successful learning outcomes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery. About You Demonstrated experience in nail/beauty technology or salon operations.Strong practical and technical knowledge of beauty industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for teaching and inspiring learners.TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not essential).
