About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to work on a fulltime basis at our venues: Breakers Country Club Wamberal NSW Club Wyong Wyong NSW Key Duties Manage efficient and high quality food preparation. Maintain presentation and consistency of food served. Service and prepare bistro and function meals. Monitor stock levels and complete stock rotations. Ensure compliance with food handling practices and general cleaning duties. Deliver a high level of food quality to create a positive guest experience. About You Previous experience working in a kitchen. Hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery. Food Handling certificate. Selfdisciplined and a team player. Exceptional communication skills.
